How can I pay?
We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

When can I expect my package to arrive?
Once you place your order, there will be a 3-7 day processing period followed by a 13-20 day shipping period for US customers. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to receive your items. Shipment Times vary per order and destination. For the other world wide location it might be longer. Please see the table with estimated shipping times:

May I get a tracking number?
Yes, most orders include a tracking number if you are not from a remote destination.
When can I expect tracking information? I didn’t receive any notification emails of an order confirmation or tracking, where can I get that?
Typically the shipping carriers update their system slowly (several days may pass before you get tracking and that takes time to update itself as well). Unfortunately not all of our global suppliers provide tracking numbers (most do) but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes, you will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. If you do not get any emails, please double check you entered the correct email address!
I ordered multiple items, will everything arrive together?
Most likely not. Each of our products is made-to-order, and some items can take longer to make than others after your order is placed. Because of this, we ship out each item as soon as it is complete rather than waiting for the other item(s) in the order to be ready. This saves a lot of space in our warehouse by not having packages everywhere waiting to be shipped and ensures the quickest delivery times possible for each product.
What is your return policy?
Any product delivered to you that fails to match the description is eligible for a refund. You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by sending us an email at email@example.com and then all you have to do is send it to our address here in the UK.
